Intuit Work Examples
Over the past several years at Intuit, I’ve worked on a variety of teams and projects. A large percentage of my time has been spent working within the Virtual Expert Platform, which deals with the ecosystem in which tax and bookkeeping experts help solve customer problems.
Below is a selection of work from my time at Intuit, in varying degrees of visual polish, from wireframes, to higher fidelity work as well as working files and video showcases.
Durable Use Case
The Conversation Hub is an all-in-one video, chat and phone conferencing tool used by Intuit experts and customers. We wanted to run a provocation on how this tool may exist as a customizable, white-labeled application for other teams, and perhaps external parties to use.
IEP 3 Year Provocation Video
One of my first tasks when joining Intuit full time, was to put together a target state video for the Intuit Expert Portal, with a future date of 3 years. Due to the provocative nature of this work, the fidelity was intentionally at a low / wireframe level to quickly express ideas to senior leadership, without spending time on detailed visual design.
